I loved the modern and tasteful accommodations at Element. The bed was incredibly comfy and I appreciated the convenient undercover parking. The hotel's proximity to city trams made getting around a breeze. The surrounding trees added a nice touch to the property. Meeting other guests on certain days was a great way to socialize. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent facilities and presentation.

The only small drawback was that it took quite a while to book a cab through the reception desk. We were stressed about being late for a venue and had to wait for two hours before finally securing a cab.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the clean and comfortable rooms, coupled with the view overlooking the Yarra, make for a pleasant experience. Additionally, the convenient location near the train line, shops, restaurants, and tram stop allows for easy exploration of the city. And to top it all off, having breakfast included with a view is a definite bonus.

The beds were so comfy and the bathroom was amazingly spacious and luxurious. We loved how easy it was to get around, with tram stops just a short walk away and the freeway leading straight to the airport. The option to charge food back to the room was a lifesaver during our busy Thanksgiving weekend.

While most of the staff were nice, the check-in staff could have been more accommodating. , as vegetarians, we were disappointed to find limited breakfast options.

The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with amazing black-out blinds for a great sleep. The hotel had great facilities, including a fitness space and restaurant. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, granting us early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost.
